Cycled just fine when shooting 4 and 7-1/2 shot. A real beast. Great buy.

worth the money

I was looking for a slug shotgun barrel for my 870 and found this slug gun for way less money than just a barrel, took the chance and I'm glad I did. Its not a $800 gun its a $200 gun and for the ten slugs I shot a year its perfect.

Liked the price. Shipped within a few days. Lots of cleaning required on barrel. Not fired yet but will update when I do. Looks like a good deal right now.

This shotgun got my attention because of it's look and cost. Have not fired yet but how can you go wrong for $169.
It feels great in your hands. I love it!

Great cheap gun works perfectly so far

Shot 30 rounds through with no problem I would stay away from cheap winschester ammo... but gun worked perfectly cycled rounds and fired great.. very happy my home is super safe now.

Good inexpensive boomstick

I originally bought this shotgun because it was in sale and I needed a cheap 12 gague to fire some specialty ammo I bought. I wanted to see the effectiveness of the ammo but I didn't want to risk damaging my good semiautomatic shotguns. I put this thing through the ringer and it stood up.
First impressions, I'll admit weren't great. It shipped in essentially an empty box wrapped in a plastic bag. When I first picked it up it felt loose and cheap. I wasn't upset because that's the reason I bought it.
However on the range this thing is a beast. Not only does it look good it shoots well. The sights are big and they are easy to use to line up a shot. The pistol grip feels good and the trigger squeeze is light enough not to affect your aim.
My friends and I put all kinds of rounds through it from bean bag to armor piercing incendiary rounds, from flechette rounds to dragons breath. It stood up to them all and didn't even really get all that dirty. Straight out of the box this thing handled like a dream and definitely exceeded my expectations. If you're looking for an inexpensive shotgun that'll get the job done, I recommend this Citadel.
